Memorial format: At our wedding, Tom hired a string quartet to play Dvorak’s American quartet (#12) He told me then that he wanted this quartet played at his funeral. We will use a recording today to honor his wishes. The memorial will be somewhat Quaker-style. I ask those of you who wish to share a story or comment about Tom & his relationship with you, that you offer it during one of the four comment times. If you are willing to organize your comments on paper ahead of time, I would like to have a copy. I will use them to create a memory book for me. There will also be a recording of the memorial made by the Weir home. 1.
